When you have a transaction, you will be able to access that page. Until then, you don’t have anything there to look at. They just changed this not too long ago. You used to be able to go to your account page even though you haven’t had any transactions. Also, when a payment has been made to your Neteller account, they usually send an email, but I’ve noticed lately that this doesn’t always happen so if you’re waiting on a payment you probably should just keep checking.
