i made a cheque on Jan 16, is still pending status now,
i have replied to their email not using bank transfer,
but seems still holding my check requestand their site is very slow recently
there is a whole forum for Neteller info…
for Neteller 6-8 weeks is “prompt” for a check.

I live in UK and have current account in US Dollars for transactions in Dollars. I have not managed to withdraw my money in Dollars, instead Neteller support said to change the current $ account for £. So now waiting for the £ account verification.Requested a check from neteller. From pending status to my mailbox it took 7 days.
Neteller has stopped transactions to and from Gaming Merchants for US citizens only.
Non US citizens can still make transactions to and from anywhere they want.
US is limited to only non gaming merchants.withdrawal money to my Neteller Card and get it in 10 minutes.

One thing that is really wierd is that they say we can use Neteller for non-gaming transactions, but Neteller won’t tell you who their non-gaming merchants are. Now if someone knows a Neteller merchant that sells gold coins that would be really useful.
