It’ll work, I got a debit card as a Australian and when on holidays last year I used it in Queenstown.Look for any ATM with a “CIRRUS” logo and you are set. Very easy to get, very easy to use and low on fees. Not to mention almost instant payments….

InactiveNeteller seems to have pros and cons depending on where you live. It’s obviously most suited to US customers, but the best thing is to offer several options for payments, including Paypal and Moneybookers, so the affiliate can choose which works best for them.
A lot can depend on the exchange rates, as well as the ease of transfer, and accessibility.
So far as Paypal is concerned, US members should remember that the IRS is hard on their heels to access all of their database for chasing US taxpayers.
