I haven’t got the emails, but they must have something flagged on your account. Call customer service. I have had to deal with them a couple times and they have been very good, well spoken and fast.
Looks like its an error caused by their recent upgrade I had to upgrade my account the other day due to them complying with the FSA from “standard” to “premier” looks good though means my account is safe and insured for upto 25,000 UK
