InactiveI don’t know about in Europe but in the states it is fast and easy. The fees aren’t great though. I think it costs $2 to transfer any amount to the card and then $1.50 or $2 depending on the ATM where I take it out. For small amounts its not cost effective but for large amounts the speed makes it worth the fees to me.

InactiveWell, I’m able to pay that. It takes more than 1 month between the time I request a withdrawal at neteller and the time the funds are available at my account, and I also pay higher fees than that.
I only don’t understand how a debit card like this can work at an ATM in Europe, and would like to read some words from an European user.

InactiveNeteller works fine in Europe, any machine displaying the Cirrus logo will work, however the exchange rates are a bit OTT. Any HSBC Bank ATM will work and give you the maximum withdrawal, other banks tend to only allow you a reduced amount ( just use the machine twice)

Inactivewhen in the UK you can withdraw five hundred pounds from a machine at a time (HSBC machines) I found others allowed you batches of two hundred pounds. but just reuse the machine after the transaction.
If you withdraw say five hundred pounds to your debit card you will lose a good twenty pounds in the exchange rate (approx $38) this happens everytime you use an ATM!! (if withdrawing five hundred pounds)
