Yes, it was supposed to be today and I’ve been churning Google repeatedly since around 2 this afternoon looking for anything. I even went to the website for the court but there’s no info there available without registering and giving a credit card number. Even then I don’t think you get current info. Wish we’d hear something.
first thing when I get up is to check Google – and hit the news button for neteller or go to this forum and have a hard time understanding why there is not a word about the hearing or questions about it like the ones posted just now – not even from Gambling911.com etc? how is it possible?

wondering were tha story came from as there is not a word on the web or from anyone else – why would they be the only ones to know? as would be a news story for sure – any ideas?
As Siouxee explains in the article, she talked to one of the lawyers. She regularly does that blog and does her research herself.
She talked to them a few hours ago and actually broke the news. Kudos to her, good work!
Court date is still set for May 16th but there is always the the possibility of being rescheduled again.sneaky2.gi
