I’ve had my Neteller locked on many occasions for such evil deeds as peer to peer transactions, logging in from a different IP, updating my details and lots of other misdemenours. Ive never had a merchant request a reversal but I assume that it is so you cant get your hands on the wrongly deposited funds! Usually a call to their security to clarify the situation has unlocked my account immediately.
AP goofed one month and reversed a transaction. It took about 2 days for AP to get it right and put the correct amount back in.
I know it is irritating but in a way I am glad Neteller is so cautious with my money.
Wish other people in my family were so cautious! :tongue:
my neteller account had been closed 3 month ago
that time .i call to neteller suport ,after ask me some question ,my neteller open again

it is securityAll sorted now, a program payed me $1000 to much, i am a bit pissed that they didn’t take it off this months earnings or bother to tell me they payed me to much and would be doing a reversal, it’s a program that i have worked with for a while and sent thousands of players to so communication could of been better.
