InactiveDoes anyone know of a good link for the procedure on opening a Swiss bank account that has full online access and an international debit card?

InactiveSo despite the lack of a gambling flag on ACH transactions, banks already have the capability to detect and decline NETeller transactions.
The part that is worrisome is the possibility that ISPs are going to block access to NETeller and similar sites.
In my point of view, blocking Neteller transactions is against the law.

InactiveNeteller just sent an email out – nothing to worry about yet. The law does not affect them they think!
I use their debt card and it costs $2. The local bank doesn’t charge for their ATM usage. The funds are on the card in about 1 hour – better than a bank transfer (no record and not 2 days).October 2, 2006 at 12:54 am #708362Anonymous

Yesterday I “applied” (i.e. clicked the link) for the NETeller debit card and got the approval email today. I’m hoping they mail it QUICKLY and that it will come in handy later on. sly.gif -
