There is in fact a negative balance on your account but this is due to a charge-back in September. Unfortunately you did not earn enough in September to cover this charge-back and this was then carried over.
We do not carry forward negative earnings except in case of charge-backs.

Oh well, I have a charge back this month too, the second one in 5 years.
I am glad I didn’t go with the free play campaign after I saw all the spam I got and am still getting for it. I would have just poured $ into a dark hole.
Guess I will hold back until this clears itself.
