InactiveMaybe I am missing something here, but when gamblingwages opened they did not have a negative carry over. Did this change?

InactiveAs far as I know they still don’t. I was paid 2 months ago the full amount, even though if they carried over I would have got nothing. The stats show a negative on one line, but on the amount earned (I think) line is what you should get.

InactiveI thought it was worded in such a way that it’s at their discretion. But I don’t believe they’ve carried negative balances over for me. I know they haven’t actually.

Inactivebefore they changed the site design, it use to say on homepage in big letters No Negative Carry Over.

InactiveThis is how Natalie explained the stats to me.
They don’t carry over the negative that is shown on the stats. The stats are generated by RTG and do SHOW the negative, but it isn’t deducted from affiliates when they get paid.
You can email them to request the offending negative carry-over be removed from the visible stats.

InactiveTaken from Gambling Wages T&C:
4.4. Negative balance: GW reserves the right to review all Negative Balances on a case to case basis for determination of pay amounts. GW also reserves the right to withhold partial or complete payments in cases of Fraudulent Player Actions, Chargebacks, and other specific instances, where intervention is required.
I have sent them a message through their message center, but did not get a reply. Guess I will send them an email and see what happens.
Btw, this was not a post aimed to discredit Gambling Wages, I just wanted to show other newbies that negative carryover can make a big difference…

InactiveJust a quick update: I sent an email to Gambling Wages and within a few hours Natalie emailed me back informing me that everything is sorted out and the negative carryover will not affect my payment.
Thank you to everybody that told me to query it and also a BIG thank you to Natalie for her quick response. It is good to see that Gambling Wages (Natalie) do care about the small time affiliates. :clapper:

InactiveGlad to see that you got the situation resolved.
You do bring up a great point regarding negative carry-overs. It is an important consideration when one is trying to weed through all of the programs available. Currently, I am only promoting programs that have no negative carry-overs and have seen a large increase in my monthly revenue.
If you are an affiliate manager and your program does not have negative carry-overs, be proud and shout it out loud so every potential affiliate is aware! At least in my case, at the end of the day, your programs will be the ones I promote over those that do not have such a policy.

InactiveThey don’t pay me for months… Not even reply my emails… So there’s no meaning on worrying about negative carryovers etc. – Even if you make money, you won’t be able to get it.
