Hi,
Emailed a few days ago and PMed you on the forum. Need to know how you are straightening out the bug in the Playtech software where we, the affiliates, are being charged for tourney fees in the poker room when we shouldn’t be.When Uri was with you I was told to open another acct. specific to poker so we have two accts. now. One keeps showing negatives, which I’m assuming is from this bug of charging me tourney fees.
Can you or someone please respond to this? Thanks.

I received your email and have responded!
As stated in the email I can assure you that the “bug” has been sorted out and that your payments will definitely not include tourney fees!
I also requested that you send us your January invoice so we can check all the details and credit your account if need be!
