I’m pretty certain that both update on the fly.
Rewards usually pays the first week of the month. I believe Referback is early too but can’t tell you exact dates.

By the minute? Hourly? Daily? How often?
Neither are daily, not sure exactly how often but if I had to guess I would say hourly at worst.

Agreed, I would say RA first week (1st to 5th) and Referback second week (7th to 10th).
I assume clicks are almost real time, but depositors and wagering is updateded less frequently. I have a hunch that Referback stats have updated somewhat slower lately.
Here’s a response from Rewards:
“Our stats update every 30 minutes. Can be up to 2 hours at times (depending on the server sync load). If there is a lock in the db it will obviously take longer but we usually spot this pretty quickly.Payments are sent by the 7th of the month (this can be found on our website).”
