Please accept our apologies for not posting earlier. We have investigated this and one of Fortune Lounge’s publishers was running a dubious campaign. We do not condone this type of black hat tactic. Fortune Lounge has confirmed that this campaign has been cancelled with the publisher with immediate effect.
If any other affiliate comes across this or similar black hat tactic please inform us and we will deal with it.
There will be a zero tolerance policy in this regard.

Does this mean that an affiliate was doing this ? what does it mean that you cancelled with the publisher ?

There are two separate companies that promote/market the Fortune Lounge group – Fortune Affiliates and Slickstreet Marketing Ltd.
Slicksteet Marketing handles all paid media deals (deals that are paid for on a CPA, CPM or Sponsorship basis). The person responsible for the black hat tactics was such a paid media deal and Slickstreet Marketing terminated the agreement immediately after we informed them of what was happening.
