    Hi Liat,

    I posted a problem that I was having a few weeks ago, and thank you for instructing me to send an e-mail. However, I never received a response even though I have sent 2 or 3 additional messages. I would like to clear up this problem once and for all so that I can finally receive my AUGUST commissions. Thanks!

    Hi Liat,

    I am waiting for a reply I sent to cp since over one week or so.
    The mail has to do with the stats and has to do with the payment so I find it’s important.
    I feel a little discouraged.
    Maybe you have much to do because off all the new affiliates coming from your take over. Things need it’s time, etc.
    Maybe not your mistake but who to ask?
    I don’t even know if you received my mail.

    Still no e-mail at all… I would appreciate some sort of response to my concern, Casino Pays. I’m happy that others are resolving their issues, but I’m not even receiving a HINT of any customer service. No response, no confirmation. You are beginning to remind me of eBay, which is very scary.

    I have written numerous e-mails over weeks without a response. I have already demoted CD Poker on my site, and I am very close to removing them altogether. Not only that, but I’m very tempted to ask my players to withdraw anything left in their accounts. Why not? I would gladly refer my players to a site that will actually compensate me for the traffic and respond to e-mails. I have never had as much as a DELAY of payment with any other program, yet my payment has been on hold for over 5 weeks with Casino Pays. Sam Blum has previously been very uncooperative, and I would appreciate a response from an affiliate manager who can actually piece together a paragraph or two.

    Most of all, I’m upset because I heavily promoted CD Poker in August and ended up sending 16 new depositing players their way. For me, this was a big month. If I had been informed that there was any problem with my players or account BEFORE I sent so many players their way, I would have sent them to programs who would’ve paid me. What a waste of promotion. I will happily revoke these statements and continuing promoting their brands if and when there is a resolution to my problem.

    I apologize for subjecting the rest of the board to this rant, but this seems to be the only method of getting through to these guys…

    I look forward to resolving this issue if and when someone from Casino Pays takes the time to respond.
