JtnktnzxMemberThanks all for your input.
I was hoping that Prime Partners would have responded to my query by now, but perhaps they’re off for the day.
Anyway, let me explain. Prime Partners had a campaign at Casinomeister for about two years. As some of you know, I was in the States for part of the summer tending to family matters. It was during this time that Primepartners emailed me saying they were canceling their campaign (they never gave a reason). Unfortunately, I was reading very few emails and this one went unread. My bad. But regardless, Prime Partners never followed up on this – they had two months to do so; they never confirmed that I had received a cancellation of their relationship with Casinomeister.
So for two months, they still had their banners being rotated and their text links positioned on the site. That’s some decent branding by the way. But again, that’s not the point even though I’m somewhat miffed about this.
What is odd, and this is the main issue, is that they blocked this link from all countries except for the two I had resided in for the past two months: the US and Germany. As you know, they do not accept US players. If you’re blocking IPs, you’d think blocking the US would be a priority. And if this campaign was truly cancelled – why not block ALL traffic?
I’ll let you draw your own conclusions. At least they weren’t directing the traffic to an affiliate account at Cirrus Casino or something of this nature

Again, thanks for the help.

InactiveWhat a load of crap, see it is brands like these that give other good MG programs a bad rep. I took this brand down on most if not all of our sites a yr ago when I noticed players were saying they deposited and nothing was showing in my stats, I complained to the AF to no avail at the time and got just lip service so I just removed the exposure. Why do these programs think us webmasters are not intelligent enough to catch them when they are screwing us over?

InactiveThat’s NOT cool! IMO it’s kind of under-handed that they would not block ALL IP’s on that account if the campaign had ended.
With the amount of spam that I get, I know for a fact that I’ve deleted valid emails so they could have contacted you to follow-up once they decided to mess with the account by blocking out certain IP’s.
This will be one of the groups that I remove from my site on the next update.

No emails were deleted during my absence, and upon my return they were all downloaded onto my hard drive – spam and all.

Inactivetough luck. shit happens. you’ll get over it.
they sent you an email canceling their agreement. they can do whatever they want with your traffic afterwords. the fact that you bring it into public domain on CAP is strange.
whats your point, mate?

I don’t mean to come across like I’m sniveling – I’m not. I understand shit happenes, and that’s not the point. I brought this into the open by asking other webmasters to check the link. I could have done this on my forum, but some of you are more web savvy. I just find it odd that two countries – the ones where I reside in – are permitted to access the site. I was doing this on my own using proxy servers, but the Prime site kept loading cookies. I just wanted this confirmed from users around the globe. Makes more sense.
But again, not to confirm an email (knowing that I wasn’t around) isn’t too cool. I’m sure most of you would agree on that.
@ everyone else – consider this pretty mush closed. Thanks for the assistance.
