Just a warning that Nedplay are not paying many players (myself included), which will obviously make it hard for them to retain any players you send!

Nedplay always pays its players in a timely fashion unless unless there is a good reason issue for a delay.

With regard to your player; I noticed that your player made his first withdrawal last wednesday and that the documents that he send in were received in our spam filters.We retrieved these documents and we will verify these as soon as possible.
We contacted the player about this and explained the situation.
