Hey mate,

What happening is that a player who has downloaded from you is continually registering new “fake” accounts (like sdvh for first name, fhoij, for last and [email protected] for example) in order to receive more play for fun credits. Topping up more credits in play for fun can actually be achieved by visiting the cashier but it’s hard to contact this person with no real information. Yesterday we banned the player computer and today we are banning the IP.

We will recalculate your account so the bans will be removed so your true stats are there for your measurability. Sorry for this inconvenience.
