– links from other websites
– build your social network, by getting more people to join your community

If you want to rank better in the SERPS, you just need to build links to your site (the same thing the rest of us mere mortals have to do lol). Go for one way links from wherever you can get them, every link counts I don’t really believe in link exchange, I don’t think it works in Google anymore. Your site sounds like its going great, good luck and hope it keeps improving for you.
