My Integrity Casinos Players and Sub Affiliates have NOT been mapped over to CR

    Ryan my exisiting players and affiliates have NOT been mapped over to Casino Rewards.

    I have been promoting Captain Cooks for over 5 years and have hundreds of sub affiliates (many of them super affiliates) plus hundreds of depositing players. I have received a commission payment EVERY month for the past four years and none have been less then $1000. Now, suddenly, after the switch to Casino Rewards ALL Integrity revenues have stopped and I am owed $0 for the month?!@#!? This is IMPOSSIBLE.

    Ryan you have access to the back end reports at Integrity PLEASE look at my past payment history and you will have to agree something is terribly wrong here.

    Please help me get this sorted out ASAP. I spent a tremendous amount of time, money and effort building up my Integrity Casinos account over the years and its totally unacceptable to watch that all cancelled out in one month!!!! :Cry: :Cry: :Cry:

    What exactly are you looking at?

    Why cant I see the same thing when I view my stats at CR or Integrity?

    Can you please call me and lets walk through this together?

    Ah Ha!!!!

    OK, now I see what happened. You guys created a second account for me at Casino Rewards that matched my Integrity ID. I can view stats for Integrity Casinos properly via that ID.

    I had NO IDEA this had been done. Good thing we caught it now too as for payment type we had “Check” selected and the mailing address was my old house from four years ago. I updated it to Neteller so all should be well.

    Thanks for the assistance Ryan, I thought I was going crazy…. :1Dopey:
