For the most part, the slots at Foxwoods suck.

But there are a couple that I have been playing lately… in the Grand Pequot casino there are 3 machines called Wild Wrangler which have a cool bonus round that has the potential for some big wins (as well as garbage). These are between the Cash Fever progressives and the Hot Shot progressives near the cashier cages. The side facing the Cash Fever games has two of these machines, and the other side has one, right next to Queen of the Carnival which is also sometimes good but has been downright shitty lately (not a single bonus round to be had).

Hi VPGenius give that info to Lisa she willl
    ove it.
    Thanks
At Foxwoods if I play slots I go in the old Bingo Hall area most of the time.
To me I think the slots hit better at Foxwoods around 2 or 3am

They sure weren’t hitting this morning between 3:00 and 4:30. Neither was the video poker, but I did okay on Five Joker Poker… that’s quickly becoming my favorite. It’s a shame they only offer it in quarters though. I think it would be more fun to play in dollars.

What part is the old bingo hall? I’m not familiar with how it used to be, only how it is. Is it the Festival Slots casino (the one right next to the bingo hall)? That’s where the highest-paying video poker machines are, and of course that big-ass ripoff Wheel of Fortune game.

(By the way I go by SlotsWizard over on Casinomeister so you “sort of” know who I am )

I have played it and I have hit the 1000x a couple times, but at max bet of $3.75 that’s only $250 which is pretty lousy. It only seems to hit when it’s full of players, although occasionally it will give you dribs and drabs.

I was playing a Wheel of Fortune game once in the Great Cedar casino (where each machine has its own wheel but it’s still a video slot like the big one) and they have a meter above the games showing a progressive jackpot amount, but I never paid attention to it. Well I was playing the max bet $3.75 and ended up hitting four wild symbols on the center payline (line 1) for like $200, and I was happy with the win.

The next time I went I decided I would look to see how you go about winning the progressive jackpot… turns out, you have to hit FIVE wilds on the exact same payline where I had hit FOUR of the bastards. I was one friggin’ symbol away from $871,000! That pissed me off when I figured that out, but at the time I hit it I didn’t know… ignorance really is bliss!
