What in the HELL is going on here.. My commisions I got today are Half of what they should be, and now my stats going back to august show half???
Also my earnings got cut for this month too and havent budged for days.. I need to know wjhats going on here asap..

whatever that means though…contact WayneFor via pm. he is their main guy now.
I got somebody named Jo ,she called me to introduce herself as well as emailed me.I guess you didnt get JO lol.Galvin has been active on the forum so maybe try sending him a PM.When you say your commission got cut in half ,did your % get reset or what you got paid and what was due was cut in half?Reason i ask is one of our accts got reset to 25% but that has been fixed now.
Hey Guys, You can send me a mail anytime and i will direct your queries to the appropriate person if not help you myself. We have an awsome team at Fortune right now and the emphasis is on service. All of Marvyns affiliates have been sorted and should have already been contacted by your new managers. Let me know if you have not been contacted yet and i will make sure you get introduced.
Let me or your managers know on an individual basis what the queries are in relation to your comms and i assure you if it needs to be rectified it will be. :wink-winkHi All
There have been a lot of posts on the forums about affiliate earnings. As most of you are aware, we had issues last week where earnings were being attributed to the wrong month. We reran the data last week and subsequently ensured that the allocation was being done correctly. However, if you still have reservations about the way your earnings are being reflected or calculated, we urge you to contact your Relationship manager or email support@fortuneaffiliates.com and we will get back to you with a response specifically for your account.
Please trust that we are ready and willing to listen to all your concerns and if there is something amiss that we will do everything in our power to fix it as soon as possible.

That is a total fabrication. If, as an affiliate, you do not have the correct banking details or if there are details missing, how do you expect us to pay you!!! As i have told you we do not have the authority to change your personal or banking details, only you can do this.
Please can you furnish us with your correct details as we want to pay you and will do so as soon as you have updated your details

Thanks for the explaination about the stat issue.
I did notice there was a problem, but I was never notified about it so I wanted to ask how ‘most of us were aware’ of the problem? Did I miss an email or something?
BTW I will say that Jo is my AM and she is awesome and I’m looking forward to working with her! I’m also sorry that Marvyn is gone and that I did not get to say bye to him.

I got my money in ecocard no problem and i agree jo is awesome.Marvyn moved from S.A. to New Zealand to be a sheep farmer – not really i made that party up hahaha. But hopefully he will stay in touch and we will miss him.
Well I had a total for August, I checked imy stats ariound the 5th of September, September earnings were looking good, my August was at XX. I get paid half of XX and go look at my stats again, sure enough my August total shows a lower amount, and my September earnings were about 40% lower as well.
I did get an email from my new rep John, saying it was a an issue with the totals and my September earmnings should have gone up when my Aug totals went down or vise versa, but I had them both drop sharply..
Also My September earnings havent moved now in 4-5 days sinece the drop. Not feeling real cozy with all this.

WayneYep it was explained, both were showing more than I earned and it was err corrected.
