That sounds impossibe….

It’s just a popup live web chat, they do talk back if you talk to them, and it’s also done by Casino Pays.
I think it’s quite a good idea – consumers like talking to a real person, and if the CS operator is helpful and answers any questions they might have, they are more likely to sign up here than another site.
I’m not convinced it’s actually LIVE CHAT …
I think it’s a scripted bot at best.

:tooconfusHm ok, that would be really lame if it’s true! I admit I’ve not fully tested the Mummy’s Gold live chat.
But I know for sure that the auto popup live chat at Casino Pays is a real person – I have spoken to them at length, and once I signed up at the casino the same person continued to chat to me through the casino software live chat.
I did ask them something and said hello once.. but I didn’t get an answer to my question… just something like “we have great sign up bonuses” and I can tell you that had NOTHING to do with my question…
So I agree it’s no live chat…

Yeah it looks scripted. That’s pretty crap.
There is usually a person sitting there who has a menu of canned responses as well as the capacity to speak to you. I am not saying this is the case there, but it is common to online chat programs in general.
The chat personell usually will pop canned responses to very common questions rather than typing the same thing 50 times a day. It is understandable.
Some manage this well and make sure the personal touch and attention is always there, even if much of the conversation is canned. Others don’t handle it well or the individual chatter is just lazy.
My guess would be their was an operator but the only english she/he recognised is real lol
