If you start reading more of the site, you will see that a lot of affiliates who do not offer rake-back shy away from poker sites that allow rake back to be offered by affiliates.

It just results in your players being stolen by other affiliates who do offer rake back, and who show players how to open a duplicate account.

So It makes sense to decide upfront whether you are willing to pay the incentive for the room, or if you want to hold on to your percentage and stick with rooms that forbid affiliate driven rakeback.

There are both types in the Prima network.

It almost feels like if there is one prima poker room that allows its affiliates to give rake back it ruins the other ones too.. At least to some extent..

Not if they incentivize their larger players properly.

It’s quite easy for a room to stop the others from stealing players.

And smaller players don’t really benefit from rake back anyway. Unfortunately they often find that out too late.

Smaller players do a lot better with bonuses than rake-back.

Your right Dominque, to give you an example I play the .05/.10 tables alot, but, that doesn’t mean I’m playing with scared money either. I’m playing at this site and the largest pot I was in and lost was over $78.00. The largest pot I won was over $84.00. At the end of a five hour session I’m up over $200. Sevaral days later I get an email from this site informing me my account has been credited with some cash. I don’t know what’s going on so I open it and find out this site has a rakeback scheme I wasn’t aware of.

You know what my rakeback was? A big $0.31. Do I have to describe what they can do with their rakeback scheme? To me rakeback is just a come-on. Good thing I wasn’t playing on it. Bonuses don’t do much for me either. I either like the sites software or I don’t. If I don’t like the site I withdraw my money forfeit the bonus and move on to another one.
