Good post Rob, I try to deposit via methods that I can withdraw within 24 hours.
Closing an account is something I have never done – just create a new email address for these test accounts and you can see their retention emails and messages.
This will help you gage how efficient they are and how they look after their players. It’s amazing to still see emails being sent with spelling mistakes and incorrect information.
Occasionally, they will offer you a free spins session or some free money to use

Rude customer service.
These two I hear about most frequently, other than withdrawal time issues as above.
