InactiveI started doing well with True Poker some time ago. Then, suddenly, my login didn’t work. I messed around with them for almost 3 months before I got a new login. My old stats were as I remembered them, but from the moment on when I could not get in, there is nothing. Not a click, not a deposit, nothing. :banger:

InactiveYea, let me know, Lou…
I had been thinking of adding something similar at APCW in the Members Resources area…
Put in one section for T&C’s like this… and another section about “Mystery” payments received. I know there was talk of doing this over here, but I haven’t seen it yet.
Let me know if this is something I can pursue :satisfied

We could just put all the newly discussed badT&Cs from the thread below up into the top message so it will be a complete list. The same goes for the Mystery payments. We have a forum entry for that now but the info isn’t really easy to find in those threads.

InactiveDom has a superb idea.
I think we should have a forum for people to post Terms Warnings.
Webmasters need to aware of and understand the severe consequences of a program’s terms that limits their obligation to pay commission payments or that requires a certain number of signups to be sent each month in order to qualify for your commissions.
It could mean that you have a *huge* player base you are effectively locked out of in you get filtered out of a search engine or something else happens that’s beyond your control in the future.
