InactiveThey always pay but I understand the frustration.
Maybe they mean to say 15th working day which would be 19th
but they don’t so you are correct in being annoyed.
Just for peace of mind, they always pay.

Also agree payments should be ontime and we have bills to pay too.

I know they pay, I’m not concerned that they wont pay. But it’s definitely the 15’th of the month!
If they can’t pay on time at least let affiliates know. I wouldn’t get bent out of shape and this conversation wouldn’t be happening

Plus, I could have transferred more cash over. However now, I likely have to wear a $50 fee to get cash that should have been paid today.
A little consideration for affiliates wouldn’t hurt. We’re not all rolling in cash like we used to be.

gokkenMemberI know Brightshare will eventually pay but that’s not the issue.
On the 1’st of May they retroactively changed their T&C’s. The affiliate community were up in arms and eventually Brightshare/Spiral amended some of these changes. However, regardless of which contractual agreement affiliates signed up to, it’s clear it’s one rule for Brightshare and another for affiliates.
Bottom line, if a program wont honor its own T&C’s, imho that spells a lack of respect for their affiliate partners. This month it’s late payments, next month or 6 months time what will it be then?
Just some food for thought
