I have received this email in the past. It is a legit email.

I removed any mention of Money Gram from my sites after I got the email.

I have checked Moneygram’s website, are they some kind of payment provider for casinos that’s why they are on your websites?

    Ohh I see.

This sucks, they provide payment option for casinos but they don’t want to appear on gambling websites. :Pisser:

Western Union are the same – they get all uppitty about being mentioned as facilitating payments. We’ve received their email too.

I think that the casinos / poker rooms use these payment methods by setting up multiple bogus personal details …
    :wink-wink

So neither Moneygram nor Western Union actually allow it officially – but find it almost impossible to prevent – and they’re worried about being caught up in any US Federal action.
