InactiveNice experience with moneybookers.
The only problem is that they don’t have an ATM card (Neteller,Epassporte, etc).October 20, 2006 at 4:56 pm #712777Anonymous
InactiveI’ve used moneybookers a little bit but I’ve always found their system quite unfriendly and support to be quite rigid too. Consequently, I never use it any more.

InactivePOSITIVES
Moneybookers is the easiest method for me – full stop.
My limit is saignificantly higher than 22K.
Low fees – no more than Eur 1.80.
Automated deposits and withdrawals from gambling sites.
I receive and make payments person to person too.NEGATIVES
But customer support is very by email mostly – and slow.Overall – the best e-wallet around for my purposes.

InactiveHaven’t had the need to deal with Moneybookers support so I can’t comment on that aspect, however, my experiences with Neteller support are very ordinary. Two days to answer emails and two days plus follow up to process withdrawals is not good enough for me considering they charge higher fees and say they will be processed within 24 hours. I guess it’s the old story that if businesses do everything correctly and meet my expectations then I don’t need to deal with support.
Sorry, can’t comment on epassporte as I haven’t used it.

InactiveI’ve not read all of the details here, but would a debit card work?

InactiveMoneybookers
– too rigid rule, freeze account easily if you change information
– only email support, extremely slow to even missing replyNeteller
– if they reduce the withdrawal/transfer fee to an international bank account would be great, currently the bank wire fee to my country is too expensive compared to MoneybookersATM cards
– forced local currency conversion when withdrawal
– cannot transfer balance to my bank account directlyOctober 27, 2006 at 11:17 am #713631Anonymous
InactiveMy 2c.
MoneyBookers can be the only solution for countries that are blocked in Neteller. I have big problems with some programs as Neteller isn’t available in Russia. For me MB is the best e-wallet, their rates are very low and service is good.
2 Professor, MB accept only 3D secure supporting VISA card, maybe that’s the problem, many people around suffer because of it too.October 27, 2006 at 2:55 pm #713674Anonymous
Inactiveadult webmasters favour epassporte now,
any program pay via epassporte ?
i don’t like epassporte too as i cannot get the fund direct to bank accountStill prefer Neteller at the moment.
Wish there will be other solid alternatives come up later

We have decided that we will be using the following methods of payment to pay our affiliates:
1. ePassporte (Our affiliates will get the ePassporte card for free for the first year along with the first commission payment)
2. Moneybookers
3. Wire Transfer
4. Cheque
5. NetellerI heard Moneybookers is no longer accepting US player transactions.
I can confirm, this is what moneybookers told me:
I hereby inform you that Moneybookers has now blocked all payments between all gaming/gambling operators and customers registered in the USA. This is due to the recent Internet Gambling Prohibition and Enforcement Act. In case a US gambler attempts to make a deposit to you, or you attempt to make a withdrawal to a US gambler, the initiating party will be shown an appropriate message. For merchants using our API for payouts, you will receive a new response – “DISALLOWED_RECIPIENT”.
Moneybookers has never positioned itself as a processor for US gaming payments so we therefore foresee very little impact on our overall merchant and customer base. However, we apologis e for any inconvenience caused by our policy to comply with this Act.
Moneybookers will continue to focus on European and Asian markets so please feel free to contact us if you wish to enhance your business in this area. I will be pleased to support you and provide you with any assistance.
Kind regards,

I just signed up for a Moneybookers account, and now it looks like I won’t be able to use it.NETeller is on its way out, Moneybookers won’t allow U.S. affiliates to receive commissions, and I keep getting an error when I try to sign up with Click2Pay.
What to do? I’d rather not receive checks by mail; I’d rather have everything taken care of electronically through a 3rd party payment processor.

InactivePaySpark is really a good solution if you don’t want checks or wire transfers to your local bank – most micro have it and for program that have wire – you can wire the commission to you Payspark account, however you must be carefully with banking details you provide.
Moneybookers and c2p are not so large accepted by aff. programs at the moment – so they don’t solve the problem.

InactiveWell, I was finally able to set up a Click2Pay account a few minutes ago.
I had been entering a false social security number, because I didn’t think that information was any of their business.
As it turns out, the SSN is used to access an identity verification database. Once you get past the first screen (after entering your correct SSN), you are asked a series of questions about where you have lived in the past, who you know (i.e. names of family members), cars you have owned in the past, etc. After that, it was a breeze.
Moneybookers is not blocking affiliates only transfers between players and gaming operators.
Whew — that’s good news.

Moneybookers and c2p are not so large accepted by aff. programs at the moment – so they don’t solve the problem.
I may set up a Payspark account as well, to collect commissions from the programs that don’t pay out via Click2Pay or Moneybookers.
