I think you are misinterpreting this email.
I think it is more likely to be a problem with VIP.
As you may know, when VIP exited the US market, they also stopped accepting Canadian players.
So maybe legally, the problem lies with VIP… but has nothing to do with Moneybooker’s ability to accept Canadian transactions.

I don’t remember being warned about this ‘change’ either.
Once again, discussions of any kind of payment methods have no place in the public section, they belong in the private industry section!
VIP paid us via Moneybookers today – it seems the issue has been resolved!
