    You should rather remove the information you have just posted in the last 2 replies as this is the type of personal information you might not want to be out in public view…

    Hi Doyoweb;

    PokerTime’s fraud department has sent me the results of their investigation.

    Basically what’s happened is the deposit passed all forms of validation and verification. So this would mean the player who made the deposit had all your information at hand. Your personal information has therefore been compromised.

    Unfortunately, at this stage, the only people who you can take this up with for further investigation is Click2Pay. If and when the need arises Click2Pay shall liaise with PokerTime’s fraud department.
