Missing August Payment

    Hi Laurent,

    I am sorry but somehow communications with Casino Partners and me just does not work.

    Well, I did receive a message from Orit, who apparently knew nothing of the private message I sent you here at CAP in response to yours.

    I explained, again, that this was about the August payment. I received two mails from Orit in August also. I answered both, but never received a reply. I mailed you, Laurent, through the aff site – no answer.

    I replied to Orit’s recent mail three times with additional info and finally asked him if he was getting any of the mails. No answer.

    This is too unfortunate, since I had finally run a small test on your program in August, with not too great a conversion but very nice retention. This would be encouraging, but the trouble we have communicating detracts from that a lot.

    Additionally, Orit’s mail goes to the address I have for my players for some reason. I did mail him the correct address for aff programs. Of course, I have no idea if he got it, there was no reply.

    Can we solve this somehow please? Maybe your spam filter eats my mails for some reason? That wouldn’t explain the on-site mail disappearing though, or the lack of action after our pms here at CAP.

    Dominique – We have no problem at all communicating with our affiliates. For privacy and security reasons Orit communicates only through the emails that is registered in our affiliate program and the CAP isn’t a communication medium between our accounting dept and our affiliates.
    Log in your account, update your email address there and i’m sure things will go a lot faster in the future.

    Orit just told me you were sent a payment via neteller, sept 11, $315.68 (ref: 2328130).

    Check your account and get back to us at payment@casinopartners.com to let us know if you did or did not recieved the payment.

    Well, I sure never get an answer to my mails from Orit. My address functions as I get his initial contact mails as well as everyone elses mails. It is just not my address of choice for aff programs and I am not entirely sure how you ended up with it.

    Also, I don’t mind having my personal items public, as in the amount of payment and banking info, but it is not good form to do that. This belongs in private. This whole conversation belongs in private, starting with my first post, if only I could establish private contact with you and get replies to my messages.

    The address you gave is the one I wrote to repeatedly when trying to contact Orit and got no answer from.

    I will check to see if I received payment. Thank you. And perhaps we can establish private contact so, god forbid if anything should go wrong in future, it doesn’t end up as general entertainment.

    The test didn’t work out too well anyway, except that, as I said, retention was there.

    This whole thing could have been avoided if Orit had replied to my very first message asking you to use Neteller. He didn’t, and I assumed you would send a check.

    Oh well, s#!t happens. Have a nice day Laurent, and we’ll hopefully have smooth sailing when I give it another shot.
