Yea it should be interesting for me since I reside in MN, and I thought I had a tough time working on my sites already now I can’t even access some casinos for myself lol. Are there any other affiliates who live in MN? What do you all think about them being able to freeze bank accounts that the UIGEA has not stopped already? I get payments the same way some players get paid so I would possibly not be able to receive payments from even some casinos that aren’t US facing. If Barney Frank gets the UIGEA overturned where does everyone think Minnesota will stand since they are enforcing an old 1961 law that has nothing to do with the UIGEA?

I think this will be kicked out. There are lots of non-gambling entities interested in not letting this be a precedent.
