Intertops is still committed to allow US players while other MG casinos turned their backs to the US online gaming market, what other MG casinos are left to promote for the US market ?

I just spoke to Roman and he confirmed that Intertops is not withdrawing from the U.S. and that they will continue to welcome registrations from the U.S., including the casino and poker room.

Are you sure, is this not software related, MG does not accept new regs or do they ?
So other microgaming casinos are all leaving the us market because of saving costs regarding players and affiliates ??

November 16, 2008 at 12:25 pm #787094AnonymousInactiveMaybe it’s because they’re a little different than the other MGS casinos in a couple of ways. One being they don’t rely on MGS for their processing.
As far as being sure goes, I’m sure that this is what Roman told me, and we were on the same page.

ah, this must be the key. but even then i sincerely doubt that the rest of the big stars like fortune, referback, casinorewards, and other use the same processing like the rival casinos.
are you sure daera? it is a good assumption, but i’ld expect these big programs to have their own processing…at the end of the day, the billing on players account is different for every casino.
it is weird though that intertops is the one standing out. how and why is obviously not my predicament, but i sure as hell will give em traffic for having 350 games vs the odd 100 on other software…but shit, my laptop got fried yesterday…grrr

Intertops has it’s own banking and registration. They are affected by the blocking, that’s from the software, but that is all. Blocking of Kentucky neighbors can be reversed at the software level.
November 16, 2008 at 5:11 pm #787110AnonymousInactiveIt’s kind of puzzling though why they all process through MGS. I bet through bundling the processing they can get some pretty competitive rates but if a single big group went with it’s own processor and shopped around aggressively I think some would get a better deal.
Does anybody know what the % is that goes towards processing on average? (sorry for derailing )
November 16, 2008 at 6:11 pm #787117AnonymousInactiveThe best description of processing I have found is here:

November 16, 2008 at 7:04 pm #787122AnonymousInactiveI know this article but thanks anyway. I was wondering whether anyone has some inside information of what the actual %s are their processors for the US market are charging?
November 16, 2008 at 7:34 pm #787125AnonymousInactiveDoes intertops accept all states or does it still exclude the 11?
November 16, 2008 at 7:48 pm #787129AnonymousInactiveThey have the same micro software blocks to put up with as all the others.
So the typhoid states as well as Kentucky and surrounding states are blocked.
People in the states surrounding Kentucky can send in proof of residence and get the block removed.

November 16, 2008 at 8:42 pm #787134AnonymousInactiveIf you look in the Intertops section of CAP, Roman posted this.
Although, I think he forgot to type in Kentucky and Utah.

Hi ssd,
Intertops is committed to serve our customers (no matter where they are based) and to keep good relationships with our business partners – and affiliates are obviously very important partners.
That being said I need to add that Microgaming (our casino and poker software provider) made the decision to Geo IP block customers if they are based within these 18 states: Michigan, Illinois, Louisiana, Oregon, Wisconsin, Washington, Indiana, Nevada, South Dakota, New Jersey and New York as well as Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Tennessee and Missouri but to unblock players if they are based in the later 5 upon receiving confirmation that they are really based there.
To make a long story short: Intertops is not pulling out of the US.
Hi splinterfree,
I have answered all e-mails. Could you please be so kind and re-send your e-mail to affiliate@intertops.com it looks like our SPAM filter is acting up. If the re-sending does not work, please PM me your e-mail.
