I have a couple of questions.I assume this email is send out to all new RMP’s at all properties? Can I safely assume that if they deposit before entering the bonus code the bonus is forfeited? (As I want to inform my visitors to specifically look for the email before making their initial deposit.)
Is it really necessary to ask the player to send an email for the remaining 25%? Can they contact live help to get it or better yet why not just make it automatically credited?

Thank you for pointing this out. When I checked the cofiguration of the VegasCasinoOnline Welcome email, it was toggled to send a text based mail as HTML. Ive switched it back to text, tested it, and its fine now. Please note this error was only in VCO and the other casinos were all sending as text.

If a player enters a coupon code then makes a deposit, the system will automatically award the player with the appropriate bonus. If they make the deposit first then contact CS regarding the IDB, they will be credited. It will NOT be forfeited. They can contact CS via phone, chat or email.
Yes we do insist its necessary for a player to contact CS for the additional 25% bonus. This is the process we have in place and do not think its too much to ask from a player whos looking for a little more free cash.
