    First let me say this is total bullshit that you took it upon your own to decide to merge my affiliate account that was opened in MY name, with permission via Irwin in 2006 so I can have a total separate account from my business partner, in most part this was done just for the peace of mind that I would have something if the partnership were to ever dissolve. With that said we then took about I say 6 months to change links and banners over to my stuff so I can start gathering players. I know of a few other affiliates that had shared accounts with partners or ex-partners, I bet they are not going to be very happy you have done this to them!

    Now you have decided to merge accounts again without permission, this means we have to find ALL of the hundreds of links that are now obsolete and put in new ones (this will not happen we will just remove ALL your links and banners this is the last straw!) I am so tired of changing links with you people it is very obvious that you do this to your benefit every few months now. It is much easier to just delete them and be done with it.

    Then there is the fact that my partner had over 300 depositing players they are now wiped out and gone since you decided to merge to the smaller of the 2 accounts, why did you do this? Infact I cannot get a player data report to go back at all past Dec 07, that is nice and convenient for you folks! We sat nice for 2 months waiting for this new and improved program and better management, let me say I am not impressed in the least!

    Whats up with this not showing correctly?

    Yep, you’d think “new and improved” would mean you would get AT LEAST the same as you had before and anything else would be an improvement.

    I SAID IT MORE THAN ONCE, (OH, AND CAP MEMBERS VOTED ON IT ALSO AND AGREED – TO BRING BACK REFERSPOT AT LEAST UNTIL GRANDPRIVEAFFILIATES IS FIXED), SO I’LL SAY IT ONCE AGAIN ONLY..

    PLEASE BRING BACK REFERSPOT!

    It had everything – Better Reporting (that actually worked on everyones machine) , Easier navigation, the only thing that I ever wanted to see was more up-to-date banners – which is really easy!

    OR IN THE VERY LEAST PLEASE CONSIDER THIS ….

    – Is there anything that is really better than the old Referspot one.

    I’ll get ready to Yawn again..

    I won’t expect a response from GrandPrive other than “we understand, we are listening, la la la la la la la “… and NO ACTION

    OMG Chris, they really did this to you? wtf? let me see if i understand this right, they took your account and your partners, decided which one had more depositing players, and got rid of it> ? and merged you both into one accout, the smaller less profitable one??????

    wtf!!!!!…Irwin, and Miles, what is going on?? we all respected you more than this?? i think we all are waiting to hear your answer to this one.

    HI Everyone,

    I think i May have confused some of you.

    Ok we never Took Tags that belonged to Different affiliates and merged Those . I.e Janes Tags to Jhons.

    What we found was That people had Numerous Tags because of The old Referspot Program + When we moved over to GPA we also created a “Ghost Account” based on Referspot and a New Tag for GPA all belonging to the Same company or Person.

    So what we did because it Makes Payments Faster and Simpler was we merged the OLD GHOST ACCOUNT (Referspot) + The OLD ZD Referspot Tags With Your GPA TAGS TO MAKE ONE ACCOUNT the same principle we used at our Casinos One account.

    WE DID NOT ON PURPOSE MERGE TAGS BELOGING TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN ALL CASES WE TREID TO MAKE 100% SURE THE TAGS WE WERE MERGING DID BELONG TO THE SAME PERSON

    Now Grandprive did not take this decision and that’s the reason we never notified you we would have if it was our decision.

    We Took MGS software as did other Groups such as Velintoi who use the same exact system as Us and because of the way the system was developed they in all their wisdom designed it in a way that made it impossible not to merge.

    Remember the Banner Tags Report will still show you all the income you Make off all The tags you had registered old or New unless there was no activity on that Tag

    Please if you feel that your account or that of a Partner or friend has been affected Supply us the Tags that should belong to you and those that should belong to your partner and we will make sure that the correct tags are merged to the correct account.

    Like i said we May have made a few errors as we did not have full control over the merge this was done by a 3rd party and they did this on Company Name so Yes there May be some account who were affected and if you feel yours was one by all means supply us the tags that are your and we will make sure they are indeed on your account and if your partners have issues then supply us those Tags and we will make sure they are on that account and not yours.

    Casino Crush I have Tested and Managed with out any issues to pull your reports for your Tags No issues at all We had a similar issue yesterday with Bonus Paradise and her account I suggested a few things and when she tried to get her reports from another PC she managed No issues?

    “I am still unable to get my reports get the error message try again later”

    ” Ok Thanks Miles I was able to get My reports now from another PC Thanks for your Help” Bonus Paradise

    I understand why it isn’t ok to have two partners accounts merged as in Vixen’s case. But it seems that MGS was the one that built the program and the one that’s been doing all the technical changes recently as they tried to find problems and work on the speed.

    I guess I don’t understand how making dramatic posts with EXTRA EXTRA LARGE FONT is going to aid in resolving issues. Or why people don’t take their problems directly to Miles and Irwin before coming to the forum.

    For the record, my account works fine, loads fast, and I have no problems with it at all now.

    So, how do I even know if you’ve merged my old tags correctly? Simply – I don’t!

    – I can run my reports on Villento just fine AND … WHY did you take this new software over Referspot – PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS BETTER!?

    I’m very pleased that someone else can get their reports BUT I CAN’T! I don’t know why – point is I can get affiliate reports for EVERY OTHER PROGRAM EXCEPT YOURS! (so, if it’s my “fault” – then tell me what I need to do PLEASE!)

    I am still VERY SUSPICIOUS of this action and believe that I’ve lost a LOAD of players through this (and possibly other) exercises – because my stats seem to drop more and more which is the complete reverse for all other microgaming groups that I’ve been promoting for many years.

    I think these discussions have been going on way to long, and you ARE annoying affiliates that brought you a massive amount of players in the past – probably because you just don’t wish to continue paying for them.

    I of course understand that it could also be that all the players I sent you over the past 4 years may have been less than satisfied with their service at the Grand Prive as customers perhaps? So which is it?

    I expect this will go round and around and never be resolved – and I’m getting quite bored of it!

    Sorry Daera, but this has (many broken promises) been going on FOR YEARS with Grand Prive generally.

    The issues may well be resolved for you, but not for me – and having tried to resolve them directly in the past – NOTHING HAPPENS UNTIL I POST HERE – and so in order to keep the ball rolling I have tended to try this option – although it would appear this is becoming a waste of time!

    You’re quite right – making dramatic posts (or even lesser ones such as I’ve made in the past) – they shouldn’t be needed but nothing is working for me..

    If others feel the same then sure – I’ll stop posting about this program and trying to get it fixed and just drop them and explain why to players.

    I have to agree with this.

    The merging of Bonusstreak’s accounts needs to be undone if possible at all, or some arrangement needs to be made to keep partner’s seperated and her players need to be returned to her. This is a major blow to her way of doing business and her income, and removing players is totally unacceptable. Microgaming has no right to do this, it amounts to theft of honestly earned income.

    Microgaming needs to learn about the affiliate industry before they meddle with people’s accounts. Hire a consultant if you don’t know from experience!

    Beyond that, I have no problems with Grand Prive. The new program seems to work fine.

    Casino Crush – This Merge Only affected People who had More than One account with GPA ONLY!!!

    If you had one account with Referspot and 1 account With GPA and Only 1 company name regisitered then your Tags and account are 100% we had the best of the best check our Tags and Stats and they were confident these are correct.

    Vixen has issues because she and her partner had multiple accounts based on the SAME COMPANY NAME and that’s the only reason there is a problem with her account.

    We are in the process of trying to get this sorted for her.

    GENO – you are correct for years you have complained on the forums about us rather than letting us resolve your issues first that helped no one.

    I have taken on the responsibility of dealing with your account personally and i am sure youll agree that Things with GPA have improved based on your constent compalining.

    We reworked the program as you werre not happy with Stats we got those accurate

    We reworked the program because of Speed issues again this is sorted.

    as for your account I managed to pull reports No problem I have tried to communicate this to you but you are adament its not your PC i Can see your Stas No issues Id like you to try Login from a differetn PC as per my precious Post

    This merged account issue is getting out of hand like I stated it will only affect people which had multiple accounts NOT TAGS and we will sort out the people who want their Accounts split again.

    Please all of you take not if you had Multiple accounts and want them changed to single accounts let us know but we will only be doing this for Multiple accounts or Business partners and not everyone this only applies to those of you who had many accounts registred with the Same company Name

    You’re quite right – making dramatic posts (or even lesser ones such as I’ve made in the past) – they shouldn’t be needed but nothing is working for me..

    If others feel the same then sure – I’ll stop posting about this program and trying to get it fixed and just drop them and explain why to players.

    I didn’t mean you shouldn’t post. I didn’t mean that at all. I just meant that in my opinion, writing things in extra large fonts and things, doesn’t resolve things quicker or make a statement any more clear.

    And I’m sorry if I wasn’t clear. :)

    Deara I have emailed in private if you know me at all I think you already know I would have taken that path first. Then there is the fact that this is a community and others have the right to be aware of this, what if there are others out there that have this going on and do not know of it?

    Miles this has nothing to do with being under 1 company name, when I registered my account it was with a total different site then Carol. While looking into some old tags we have found a deliberate act of merging accounts, there is a code in there when clicked or if you copy the shortcut it redirects you to another link(the newest and one with less players). Whom ever did this be it Micro or your tech’s I don’t really care it just needs to be undone and fast.

    There were over 600+ real players and 300+ depositing players under the CG tag and now they are all wiped out! You need to get this fixed asap, it is the holidays and I don’t have time to be chasing down links and figuring out what you people have done.

    As far as writing in bold and large print etc goes I don’t judge anyone because how am I to know exactly how much money that affiliate is losing with all this drama, I just know how much I am losing and believe me it makes me want to scream really loud!

    Anyway I hope this is resolved in a timely manner. I have always stood behind this company and took a good loss of money in the last few months in the hopes that things would improve with the new changes and now look what has happened…

    Ok, large print on message boards, as well as capitalization is considered screaming and bad manners.

    Capitalization is considered ok when used to emphazise ONE word or expression, large print is considered ok for best wishes and congratulations etc.

    So some of Geno’s writings can be considered overly aggressive and badly presented. Just to clear that part up.

    That seems to be what Daera objects to, and that would be consistent on most message boards.

    It doesn’t have anything to do with the issue, it has to do with politeness and manners. This is a professional board, as I keep pointing out.

    Re the actual issue,

    this is totally unacceptable and microgaming blundered big time and needs to fix this asap.

    It’s so bad that I would consider blacklisting if it doesn’t get fixed.

    From memory, MGS has been working on this system for a while. It sounds like it was developed in mind for a new casino launching, but not taking into account existing casinos, and their affiliate system structure?

    It is a shame that MGS system would make a blunder like this – and probably more bugs to come? But I’m sure Grand Prive knows its in their best interests to fix any problems which arises – its not like a casino decides one day “ahhhh today… we will undo all the hard work we have done in the past few years by screwing over our affiliates so they wont promote us anymore, and then we can go broke” – but then I could be wrong! :tongue:

    I just want to set the record straight that for some reason I had sent several mails to GP that were NOT received for some reason by them and that I have talked with Miles and we are coming to an agreement and my players will be fully restored to me, so they promise. If they are not I will be back here to let you all know.

    Do not forget other factors regarding the money you are making when considering the losses you THINK you are taking. GP casinos have taken a 360 degree turn from their old business practices that in my personal experience hung me high and dry and turned their back on me. That is why, I now, deposit my money somewhere else when I do play and I know for a fact that many other once loyal customers have done the same.

    The software does not lie and I am sure it is more accurate then you would like to think, or should I say then you seem to let yourself think. Just because you made a tone of money with them before ( and trust me I used to make bank with them and now I make nothing) does not mean it will always be that way. Dont be bitter about the now minimal income you make by making it out to be the affiliate programs fault. Rather blame the casino itself and move on to a new program to make money with so that Miles, Irwin, and those of us who do not have daily battles with GPA can carry on with our business and focus on moving forward.
