I’m reading many complaints on other forums that Skrill is now even worse than before when it was just Moneybookers regarding replying to emails.

Even their clients sending documents after their Skrill accounts got randomly closed by their software can’t unlock their accounts weeks after sending all requested documents.

And on one US forum I’ve read about one of Skrill’s VIP diamond level client that Skrill reversed his withdrawals from Bet365 – after Bet365 asked Skrill to send them money back and he specifically didn’t give Skrill permission to do that since he withdrew his won money.
Case ended by Bet365 sending money back to this Skrill client but no official statement how it was allowed inside Skrill that a Skrill employee took money from this VIP client and giving it back to bet365.

Is Skrill really going from OK company to better stay away?

How can anybody feel safe having money at Skrill when they don’t reply to emails in months or never reply at all and now even proven that their biggest clients such as Bet365 can even get details of all your Skrill transactions and they even reversing withdrawals without your permission?

I personally feel my money is less and less safe with same companies that now in the name of anti-terrorism and anti-money laundering request from you all kind of personal documents then still just lock your account and mostly work with “big companies” against their clients.

Can we get a representative of Skrill to answer why many of their clients can’t get email reply or documents verified and accounts locked/frozen for weeks or months?

A US player using skrill and betting at Bet365? Really?
That seems unlikely as both Bet365 and Skrill do not accept US customers for gambling.

It’s not an US bettor but he posted that on US forum SBR that has around 375,000 members so many are also non US bettors and SBR helps mediate when worldwide bettors have problems with online European, Asian or US bookies.

So for now here everybody have good experience with Skrill and your friends that have non-VIP Skrill accounts are getting emails replied/documents verified in less than a week/month?
