That seems unlikely as both Bet365 and Skrill do not accept US customers for gambling.It’s not an US bettor but he posted that on US forum SBR that has around 375,000 members so many are also non US bettors and SBR helps mediate when worldwide bettors have problems with online European, Asian or US bookies.
So for now here everybody have good experience with Skrill and your friends that have non-VIP Skrill accounts are getting emails replied/documents verified in less than a week/month?
