    Have any of you guys been doing guest blogging and what results you have achieved from it?.

    Will you be still using it with a different approach like say, using no follow tags etc.

    Let me hear your thoughts on this.

    Not doing it but we still see plenty of websites that does guest blogging and is doing fine in the search engines. Well, I guess the clock is ticking for them when big G catches these websites.

    Guest blogging and link building still works and are necessary. However, you cannot do it spammy way, getting 500 links or so, in one week, from not relevant sites.
    If you place guest post about poker at blog covering sewing machines, this is for sure spammy and not relevant.
    Having thousands links from guest posts blogs, where there are placed thousands articles about everything & nothing, sure it could hurt you.
    However, having some links (earned in the time frame) from few guest posts placed at the authority blogs (focused on your niche) or link from the authority niche quality directory, could only help you. :xmas:
