You can either just make geo’d folders in ftp, then put the files in them for your other languages, or you can go in your control panel and make sub domains, like es.slotadvisor.com and then the folders will appear in ftp in your site root.
As for geo targeting, once you do that and have either the directories or subdomains setup, go into google webmaster tools and add each language as a seperate website, then under “site configuration/settings” you will find the dropdown menu to geo target, and match the language with the geo region for each site.
