I have checked with our finance guys and they have assured me that your payment was processed, they have however escalated the matter to our processor who will check and if the payment has not gone through for whatever reason, they will re process payment first thing tomorrow morning.

Hi Professor,

There was an error after processing from our side, our processors picked up the problem in the early hours of this morning and subsequently reprocessed your payment via EcoCard.

It can take 24-48 hours to show up (worst case scenario), but finance has assured me it has definitely gone through.

Please could you drop me a line as soon as it reflects on your side, just so I know . otherwise I may have :slapface: our finance department

I understand I was too late for Eco payment and a check was sent
BUT
Check still as of today has not been received – It has been well over a month
Can you check with accounting – maybe it was returned for some reason.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We have been having some issues with our email. Our guys are currently working on the problem and it should be resolved soon.

I will definately investigate as to why you haven’t received your check as yet and I will pm you as soon as I have some answers.
