Yeah, still problems. Registered but it won’t let me login.
We did this event last year for another industry. It took about 2 hours at the beginning to work out all the glitches. Once that was resolved, it worked perfectly for the rest of the event as well as the following event.
The password issue will be resolved.

Username is fictionnet. I even used the ‘forgot password’ facility to ensure I was entering the correct username and password. It confirms that I’m using the right details but still won’t let me login.
You need to activate the service.
