Hi,
It’s fixed now. Please check and confirm.

There should not be a need for individuals to call attention to these things, since we won’t know each time a deposit is made. Very troubling that this situation arose at all.

Would John like to address this?

Hi Amateur,
I completely agree with you. Infact, ever since magyck’s issue was highlighted, the tech. team is looking at every possible detail at the stats and see they are being displayed properly. The problem has been with the syncing of the databases that is causing these problems.
All seems ok for now, but we are still continuing with the tests to ensure we have covered all corners.
Thanks.

I’ve said this befpre here at CAP and I’ll say it again: VA is one of the most trusted casino affiliate program I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been with them since 2003 and I have never thought that they were ripping me or my players off.
With so many “Rogue Casinos” out there, you would think that all John and the rest of the team at VA would have to do is stay clean… There is much, much more than that to keep above the competition.
Remember that often as not, new software depends on user feedback to progress.I have faith that they will iron out any bugs in the new system without anyone losing revenue.
Aside from the ever so Irregular paydates… I give VA a huge thumbs up.
