Please note that March-09 payments will be sent this week.
Today we sent out Moneybookers, Quick Tender, Ecocard and Casino Credits payments.

I realize how frustrating it is when affiliate programs are unresponsive to emails.
As well as when commission payments are late or inconsistant.If I may reassure you here…. I have been working with VA since day one and have made tens of thousands of dollars via their affiliate program and have ALWAYS been paid.
Unfortunately, their payment dept works in mysterious ways. As most programs have the same payout date every month…. I have received payments from VA as early as the 12th or 15th and as late as the 30th or 31st. But I am always paid exactly what they owe me.
As far as email replies… I’m sure they receive hundereds of emails daily from concerned webmasters for whatever reasons. As many will inqueries will be genuine matters of concern, I’m also sure that many others will be pointless questions or useless babble. I personally feel that EVERY email sent should receive some sort of reply… But I do also understand that that could be quite time consuming as well.
My advise regarding contacting VA (or any other CAP certified proggy) is to contact the affiliate manager via PM here at CAP. I always receive a reply within a day or two.
I hope this helps ease your mind about VA and I wish you the very best wishes in your present and future endeavors.

Unfortunately I did not receive your email. It might be one a problem we are experiencing due to migration of the system. I will check it out with my technical team.
