ggsoftwareMemberHi,
I apologize for delay in getting back to you on this.
We do not have any malicious software in our download but some AV programs may consider the download a bit of a threat. I have not had any other questions or concerns from other affilates about any problems downloading because of an antivirus problem (cant recall last instance). Ive just checked with our CS and at times they are contacted with concerns and advise players to turn off the AV prior to download( can be turned on again after the download).
Are you able to provide any more details on this? Are you having same problem with any other RTG downloads? Ive heard of some players having problems with NOD32, this tends to delete the download. What antivirus your using?
Regards,
Jason

TRF-Yu-KiMemberThanks Jason for your reply.

I use Avast antivirus and after the latest update it tells me the “malicious” software thing on every RTG casino i tried to download and it disconnects directly from website.
Ofcourse i downloaded the casino by shutting down the antivirus.
After shutting down the antivirus, the software +/- 500 kb is on download by 5 kb/s till 10 kb/s.
I have arround 1,2 Mb/s download so it is also slowing down the download proces aswell.I never had this before the latest update from them, maybe there are more antiviruses doing this in new updates.

ggsoftwareMemberHi,
Yeah I would say that a problem with Avast antivirus` latest release. And just to mention again we do not have an malicious software in our downloads.
Perhaps upgrade to a more well known AV software such as Windows Live, Norton or McAfee or even AVG.

Jason

TRF-Yu-KiMemberThanks Jason for quickly replying.
Ofcourse Mainstreet does not have any kind of malicious software threats , i only repeated what my AV was telling me.
I think it is important to know if an AV is calling all and especially your RTG casinos “malicious”.
Also good for us affiliates to know.I’m a player at two of your casinos and in very good standing with these ones and i will keep that way ofcourse
