InactiveDon’t sell out kwblue unless you just want to move on. If it is because you fear this new law don’t do it. This is not legal advice but just plain old common sense. Too many people are striking fear into us webmasters.
It is all BS and you can hold me to it.

InactiveI am mostly looking for offers. I am not selling out with any urgency at all. I would not sell for peanuts because I would rather keep the sites up and serve my 65% (non-US) surfers.
So – just keeping options open, not worried about jailtime. I don’t think it would come to that – I believe we will get a ‘cease and desist’ notice first.

InactiveHow do you keep the jackpot amounts updated, is it automatic?
October 13, 2006 at 1:09 am #711516Anonymous
InactiveYes – completely automated with jackpot history over the last 2 years.

InactiveDo you have screenshots of the 65% US stats report?
October 13, 2006 at 8:25 pm #711707Anonymous
InactiveYes – of course I can substantiate that.
However – I think I am going to just keep all of my sites. Worst case, I’ll market to those outside the US. It just makes sense to try to capture a little bit of the other markets.
My player base is not 65% non-US. It is probably closer to 80% US.
So – I’ll just have to keep on keeping on.. There have not been any offers worth enough to give up the sites at this point.
