It has come to my attention that for over a month now your reporting shows 0 clicks and impressions which is impossible. I went on to click banners and links and reload my pages just to test the stats and there was absolutely 0 change. Can you please look into this and fix it asap!

I’m seeing this, too.

I know I’m sending traffic there (because I have my own click-tracking system in place), but the stats show “N/A” clicks. :tooconfus

I hope the system is working correctly behind the scenes; I hope I haven’t been sending “free” traffic to PartnerLogic for the past few weeks / months. :Cry:

Hi All,

Our reporting tool will only track the number of clicks if you are using the Iframe coded banners available in your creative generator and not the simple HTML banners.

The simple HTML banners will track your players correctly but you may know that the reporting tool will show N/A until you get a first depositor on your account.

I think I’ve heard this explanation before but have yet to hear a good explanation as to why html should not permit you to track clicks?? That should be the easiest thing in the world. Surely you are passing an aff tag via intercasino.com/9328482 or whatever so you should be able to count incoming traffic in mysql?

I am using the iframe banners but when I check my clicks and impressions it says NA all the way back to January of this year.

Hi Nel and all PL affiliates,

First of all I know some of you had issues to PM me as there is a broken link under my profile on the CAP forum. I contacted the CAP team and hopefully they will get this fixed in the very near future. Please email me directly at claire@partnerlogic.com until they get it fixed.

Now, I would like to make sure that everybody is aware that we do not have any issue with our reporting tool, Iframe banners, or with our online creative generator. The partnerLogic marketing tool is working fine.

For me to help you retrieve your stats with our online reporting tool (clicks, impressions, views,…), contact me by email with your website URLs and your PL account number. I will then be able to investigate case by case on all the PL banners and PL marketing material you have on your site, and get it sorted!
