InactiveAll the money MG makes you would think they would get this fixed ASAP! Just think of all the money they are losing, I know how much we are losing due to this problem!

InactiveMy husband hasn’t been able to play on a downloaded MG casino for months. As soon as I read the fix at CM’s I told him about it and it took him less than a min. to find the file and delete it which in turn fixed the problem. I find it real hard to believe that microgaming couldn’t figure this out themselves a long time ago. Makes me wonder if it wasn’t done on purpose to certain players ? :dafingers

I noticed the other day when checking new games out that King Neptunes has a new Lobby, which by the way sucks major ass compared to what they had before!
King Neptunes has the mupinfo file, guess Ill delete it and relaunch maybe thats why the lobby was so Fd up!

InactiveNope wasnt that file, the lobby is just foobarred! I am sure this will run off a lot of current players; I know I sure dont like the new look!
Also, when deleting mupinfo, the casino downloads and reinstalls the mupinfo file; so if its working for some users and not others that might not be the issue at all. Might be casino dependent, what ever it is sure hope MGS sorts it out real quick!
Time to download some more casinos and make sure they arent running off my players with a gaudy lobby!

vladcizsolMemberI downloaded the software for a MGS casino on my new laptop this past weekend and didnt have any problems at all (lost my deposits just like usual). Is this a problem isolated to specific casinos? Is it effecting some users at ALL MGS casinos or All users at some casinos?
Where’s Spearmaster? He’s usually great on software/MGS related issues.

InactiveI haven’t had any problems at all, other than the Jupiter Club which runs very very slow. My husband on the other hand has had problems for months. He has tried downloading just about every MG casino out there and only one would work for him which was Vegas Country. The rest all had the dreaded looping effect while trying to download the games. Deleting that one file solved the problem for him. :bouncer:

InactiveJupiter club was running extremely slowly for me yesterday, and also seem to have lost the ability to withdraw via neteller there (and at lake palace) which is quite annoying.
Otherwise i don’t seem to have had a problem with any others i’ve downloaded recently.
