Hi ioc,
Stats are delayed by about 20 minutes. You will see this in the stats where is says “Last updated XX Minute(s) Ago”

By the way, our commission this month is showing as just 37% of the NetWin. ANy reason for this?

Its because of a Banned player who has deposited and lost $1555 and claims it was her sister who made the transactions and not her. Shes initiating chargebacks. This happened in LVU
You have one other player SPC this month who has deposited $100, detected as fraud and has a balance of -$25.
The total of these two are the difference in net win you see and is the true net win which your percentage is calculated from.
Im going to see if we can open up the banned columns on the affiliate site for all to see going forward.

Shouldn’t banned players be shown on the chargeback column?

Our chb’s have never showed up in our affiliate reporting. This is something that we are working on with RTG and should have a fix real soon.
In the meantime, I have sent you an email with a screen shot from the admin side of the affiliate program showing you the earnings breakdown with the banned players and the amounts.
