Dear Mainstreet Affiliates,
To safeguard all of your interests it has become necessary to switch software platforms. Within one week Mainstreet casinos will be powered by RTG software.
In the meantime, ALL players are still able to access their accounts and play.
To be fair, we recommend that you hold off adding any new banners to your sites until we are up on the new platform. We will provide you with access to the new affiliate system (and tracking codes) at the earliest possible time.
After the transition we will continue to accept ALL players (provided they are 18 years +). The 50% flat commission rate will also remain in effect throughout the remainder of 2006.
Sincerely,
Mainstreet Management

This is excellent news!:woo-hoo:
I personally think all operators should drop Playtech and make the move to a quality platform that supports US players.
Hats off to you and the team for having the good sense to choose this path.

October 29, 2006 at 5:04 pm #713869biggygMemberI have heard many complaints from Bingo players that they pay slow .They say 4 business days it stays pending in your account then it goes to a business office to get paid which can take an additional 1-4 days.

This is the first time I have heard of any issues regarding slow payments from Festive Bingo to it’s players?
Can you provide a few examples for me to follow up on?
I cannot provide a solution if warranted based on hearsay.
Sincerely,
Chris Ludwig

I have a few people who tell me the same thing about all playtech bingo sites ,they have to wait 4 business days with their winnings in ‘pending’.I guess it may be to get them to change their mind and reverse it.And then after 4 days it goes to get processed.I do not mean to imply there is outstanding balances.Everyone does get paid but I guess 4 days is a long time for bingo payouts.

Thank you for clarifying your position.
The point of this thread was to advise all affiliates that Mainstreet is moving to Real Time Gaming’s Platform within 1 week, and we will no longer have any association with Playtech!!
I personally guarantee Mainstreet will respond quickly and efficiently to all enquires as we have in the past.
Sincerely,
Chris Ludwig
