    Hi all,

I keep seeing conflicting reports about them. are they any good or not. obviously some are getting paid….. others have issues.

most importantly ….. what about player treatment? how do they treat player issues and payments? do they cater to US players?

thanks in advance for your replies.

please note: if you had issues about payments in the past … but got paid this month …. to be sure to say so because I don’t judge a program on one month’s payment on time.

I have not once had a problem with them. Always got paid – not much mind you, but that is not their issue – I simply have not promoted them very hard. That being said, the conversion is pretty good considering I do not have them featured anywhere high up.

    thanks P:

after doing more research …..i’ve not heard of their casinos which is good considering that it means i’ve not heard anything bad about them.

    appreciate the input.

I have heard good feedback about them also. I did put them up on my sites when they were on the Playtech platform, but I havent had time to switch them to my RTG sections since they made the switch.

I currently am awaiting commissions due and trying to reach Shanon regarding this, so I cant provide much info on their payments.

Several months ago I had some commission there (on the RTG platform). They always paid me in time. But the really great thing, which made this guys really good in my eyes, was in the end of last year. They migrates to RTG, but I had a few bucks (about $75, or so) in the old Playtech sys. Im already forgot about this, but they include it to my first commission payments, on the RTG platform. This was really nice.
About player issues – cant say much, but in the major gforums I did not see any complaints regarding this casinos.

From my own personal experience they don’t convert very well. I have their banners in rotation with other programs and their banners attract more than double the clicks of any other banners but the conversions are extremely low compared to the other casinos getting traffic from the same pages.

They are the BEST for me. I didn’t like them when they were on Playtech platform but now I love them. They always pay me on time (on 7 or 8 th day of every month). There were some problems with my stats in January when they were finally transfered to the RTG, but the problem was solved. Nicole is an affiliate manager there who is always very helpful and responsible.

My friend had some problems with them at the beginning: the new stats didn’t show his old earnings which was from Playtech platform, but he knew that he had these earnings and Nicole did the best to find this problem in their stats and fix it. And moreover they doubled his earnings (which was from Playtech) for these inconveniences and sent him the twice earnings.

Mainstreet is my top affiliate program.

Mainstreet has always been good to me as a player and as an affiliate, although I haven’t made that much money with them they aren’t getting as much exposure as others. Although someone left a complaint on one of mainstreets properties on my forum http://www.knowwhentohold.com/thread6-74/ which I think could (possibly) be bogus claims. Something just seems wierd about it and the player never responded after he bashed mainstreet casinos.

Does Main Street accept U.S. players? Do they have friendly T&Cs? I can’t seem to find the T&Cs on their site, or on Affiliate Guard Dog.

The flat 40% commission rate looks nice. :)

Yes they accept U.S players thats why they changed over to RTG software from Playtech.

As far as I know they accept US players which was the reason for the software change.

Yes, Mainstreet take US players from all states. And most importantly they can take credit card deposits from US players.
