New certified program at CAP?
I dont believe any rtg casino before i see some one from CAP posting that.

You are absolutely right about that. After all thats what CAP is all about. But if ull take a look on the certified programs list here you will see lucky18’s name on it, so i guess thats some sort of validation to our status here and that we are a CAP certified prog. I’ve asked Yvette to post an announcement about it, she said it will be announced the moment the professor will be back.

One thing that impresses me about Gil is he is always available. I can always reach him on Skype. That is a sign of a good affiliate manager and those are the ones who usually do very well with our CAP community.

I found this, which I think should be removed. Many affiliates maintain contact with players as customer service for their sites. I do. Also, we test the proper accounting of programs periodically and will be speaking to new players on that level.
Contact with Real New Players. All Real New Players shall be considered to be customers of Issa Management Limited only. Should you wish to contact a Real New Player you are obligated to first receive Issa Management Limited’s written approval for such contact and without such approval you are expressly forbidden from making contact and corresponding with Real New Players. If in the opinion of Issa Management Limited you either try to or do make contact with a Real New Player without Issa Management Limited’s written approval, Cassava shall be entitled to immediately terminate this Agreement and to indefinitely withhold all commissions owing to you at such time. Further, if following your receipt of Issa Management Limited’s written approval for your contacting or corresponding with a Real New Player, Issa Management Limited deems that such contact or correspondence is against the best interests of Issa Management Limited, Issa Management Limited shall have the right to revoke the approval previously granted, to terminate this Agreement and to indefinitely withhold all commissions owing to you at such time
There is no reason for such a clause at all.
Also, I recommend you search for “Cassava” and replace it

I looked at your affiliate sign up page and I don’t see any commission rates. What are they?
Starting to look the page needs a few tweeks before it is properly launched. New casinos in general just scare me, I think I will wait a bit before I push this to my players.

Thank you all for the worm welcome and especially to John and Yvette from CAP who had the patience to walk me through the registration and certification procedure, even if it meant staying over Horus.
Even though i am in the marketing business for many years and in the on-line gambling industry for over six years now, most of my work was at the back side of it, in management, strategy and training positions, which means i haven’t dealt with affiliates directly. When i was approached by Lucky to become their aff. director i felt it was a great opportunity for me to do what i always relay loved to do – working directly with people and networking. In our line of business just as any other, it’s not the technology, the graphics and not even the bonuses or payouts that will determine if you’re gonna become successful as a casino or an affiliate. After all most of us use the same platforms,methods etc.
What WILL determine if your gon’a succeed are a few single words : loving and believing in what you do and treat your clients with Honesty, fairness, decency,courtesy and respect. I know it may sound as cliche’, but…its true.From my side of the deal i promise to do my best to stand behind every one of these words and serve and protect our affiliates in the out most possible way . As a casino, our team of CS, Conversions, retentions and all the rest of us here at lucky 18 is and will treat our players in the same manner.
